‘Bits and Bobs: The Anatomy of Sex’ is a public engagement event established in 2022 by Kayleigh Scotcher and Emily Green, in partnership with anatomists at Newcastle University and the University of Sunderland, with support from St George’s University and the University of Chester. The event sought to educate the public on genitourinary anatomy in a fun, relaxed and informal space. After the success of the 2022 event, anatomyofbits.com was established to make the event resources available to any anatomists wishing to recreate their own version of Bits and Bobs.
